"Loads of styles to choose from"
I’ve bought from Closure London a few times now, and the variety are what keeps me coming back. They’ve got plain everyday basics, smarter going-out pieces, jackets, trousers and loads more, so it doesn’t feel like you’re stuck with just one kind of look.
I like that I can grab something for work and then find weekend stuff in the same place too. It makes shopping feel a bit less of a hassle, which I really appreciate.

"Good order overall, tracking could be better"
Got my order from closurelondon.com and everything was spot on, the sizes and colours were exactly what I chose. Delivery was okay too, not the quickest, but nothing to really complain about. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking took a while to update, and I’m curious if anyone else had the same experience. Other than that, everything was fine

I had to return an item, and the whole process was really simple. You just follow the steps, send it back, and there’s no hassle at all. My refund came through quicker than I expected, so I’d definitely use them again.

I was a little hesitant at first and definitely needed to feel sure before going ahead, but Closure London gave me a good impression. I used the buy now, pay later option and it did go through, but the confirmation took way longer than I expected. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this part felt a bit slow. The clothes arrived fine in the end though, so no real issue beyond the wait...

I ordered from closurelondon.com and the delivery was quick. I got email updates, and the parcel actually showed up a day earlier than I expected. I'm only giving 4 stars because the tracking didn't update much at first, so I wasn't really sure where it was. But overall, it arrived fast and I didn't have any real issues...

I appreciated that the prices on Closure London were clear right away. The amount I saw on the product page was pretty much what I ended up paying, and the delivery cost was shown before checkout, so there wasn’t any annoying last-minute surprise.
I’ve had a few experiences with other shops adding random fees at the very end, which feels avoidable, so this was a nice change. Ordering was simple, and I always knew what I was spending.

"Decent Overall, Just Not Amazing"
I’d say it was a fairly decent experience overall. Nothing was particularly bad, but it also didn’t really impress me in any major way. It did the job, sure, but I was expecting a bit more. So yeah, not terrible at all, just not something I’d call amazing.

Ordered from Closure London for the first time and wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the sizing. I’m usually a medium, so I just stuck with that, and it ended up fitting spot on. Not too tight, not hanging off me either, and the trousers sat nicely on the waist. it’s refreshing when an online size guide is actually useful instead of making you guess and hope for the best like some places seem to. Really happy with how it looks on...

My gut feeling at first was that the promo code wasn’t going to work, since it showed as invalid when I tried it at checkout. I refreshed the page, typed it in again, and then it finally applied. The discount ended up being worth it, so I’m glad I didn’t give up right away. Still, it was a bit annoying, but the site was fine otherwise

I ordered a hoodie and joggers from Closure London they’re decent for what I paid. The fit was good, delivery didn’t take too long, and they look nice on. The stitching isn’t amazing, so I wouldn’t pay full price unless the quality improves a bit. I’d probably buy again in a sale, but if the quality drops or prices go up, I’d just shop somewhere else

Really happy with this, honestly. I was a bit unsure ordering because colours online can be so hit or miss, and I’ve definitely had stuff turn up looking totally different before. But this one looked pretty much just like the photos. No strange filter, no random shade change, which was a relief. The order was good overall too. Makes buying clothes online feel a lot less annoying. I’d definitely order again.

I signed up for Closure London emails and it’s been good so far, they’re not in my inbox every single day making me want to unsubscribe, it’s just the odd update when there’s something actually worth seeing, so I can keep an eye on offers without feeling like I’m being nagged all the time, which I wish more shops understood tbh

my order showed up in decent packaging. nothing fancy, but it did the job and kept everything safe. the box had a tiny dent on it, but the clothes inside were totally fine. overall i’m happy with it, though i do think they could use a little less plastic.
